For parcels shipped outside of Australia, custom duties and taxes may occur during the shipping process and will be paid by you and not by 3kini. 3kini does not take responsibility for extra charges.
Shipping by 3kini, will be registered where you will have to sign to receive your products. This ensures that parcels do not get lost in transition. For any returned items, (please see returns policy) shipping costs will be the purchasers responsibility and this will also need to be done through registered post to ensure the items are returned to 3kini.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
